Enable Cookies
  1. Select "Internet Options" from the Tools menu.
  2. In the new Internet Explorer Internet Options window, Click on the "Privacy" tab.
  3. To enable:
    • Either click the "Default" button under "Settings";
    • Or manually slide the bar down to "Medium"
    • Or select "Advanced". In the new Advanced window, make sure "Override automatic cookie handling" is selected, along with "Always allow session cookies". For First-party Cookies, either select "Accept"; or "Prompt". Third-party cookies will not affect flagstar.com.
  4. Click "OK".
Enable JavaScript
  1. Select Tools from the top menu.
  2. Choose Internet Options.
  3. Click Security.
  4. Click Custom Level.
  5. Scroll down till you see section labeled Scripting.
  6. Under Active Scripting, select Enable and click OK.
